I’ll be back vows Samad

Ishmael Samad

Activist Ishmael Samad, who created a stir on Wednesday outside of the home of beleagured former UDECOTT Chairman Calder Hart when he allegedly attempted to break down Hart’s electronic gate with a sledgehammer in order to execute a citizen’s arrest, vowed to return to the house.

Samad appeared before Magistrate Lucina Cardenas-Ragoonanan yesterday charged with malicious damage and was physically assaulted by a bystander.

Samad pleaded not guilty but the trouble is that Hart who was questioned by the police and his home search in relation to corruption allegations left the country shortly after the incident on Wednesday.
